The 2nd and final Pro-Ladies Team Championship of the 2009 season was held on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at Sunnybrook Golf Club in Plymouth Meeting, PA. 38 teams comprised of 1 professional and 3 female amateurs competed for the 1 Best Ball Gross and 1 Best Ball Net Divisons. The team from West Chester Golf and Country Club consisting of professional Casey O’Reilly and his amateur partners Jen Jones, Laura Reynolds, and Sue Casso finished in first place with a 13-under 59 in the net division. Their closest competitors were from Woodcrest Country Club consisting of professional Dick Smith, Jr. and his female amateur partners June Eisner, Sue Barroway, and Rima Meyer who finished at 12-under 60 to take second place.
In the Gross Division the team from Overbrook Country Club took 1st place for the second time this season, they also finished first at the Pro-Lady Team Championship at Lehigh Country Club. Their 5-under 67 with professional Eric Kennedy and amateur partners, Sue Burt, Muffy Kerschner, and Kate Loftus held off three other teams who finished at 4-under 68 to take first place honors.
