Dustin McCormick, PGA, Leads Glen Brook Golf Club Team to Victory in 2021 Philadelphia PGA Fall Finale
McCormick’s team from Glen Brook Golf Club in Stroudsburg, Pa., included Al McCormick, Steve Houloose, and Paul Rosetti, and combined for a 13-under-par 57. The Glen Brook team made 11 net birdies and one net eagle to claim the Net Division. McCormick turned in a 65 gross on his own golf ball.
John F. Byrne G.C.’s team of Anthony Hoffman, PGA, Kurt Holmes, Mark Colville, and John Donohoe, tied for second place one stroke behind with Atlantic City C.C.’s Joshua Kelley, PGA, Michael Torrissi Jr., Frank Frederico, and Norm Tomasello. Yardley C.C.’s Rick Hughart, PGA, Greg Rocca, Mike Perilli, and Dennis Warwick finished in fourth place at 11-under-par.
PGA Professional Jeff Fick of Moselem Springs Golf Club in Fleetwood, Pa., led his team of John Brennan, Mikey Lenge, and Scott Gilroy, to take the top spot in the Gross Division with a 7-under-par 63. Fick turned in the low gross round of the day, a 64. Blue Bell C.C.’s Rocco Sgrillo, PGA, Eric Carlidge, Dicky Rhoads, and Steve Meyers finished in second place, two strokes back.
