Lower Gwynedd Township, Pa. (April 24, 2026) — The Philadelphia PGA Section is pleased to announce a new partnership with Club Car, and its local distributor, Mid-Atlantic Golf Cars LLC. Mid-Atlantic Golf Cars LLC is a new company born upon the merger of Vic Gerard Golf Cars of Farmingdale, N.J., with Golf Cars, Inc. of Doylestown, Pa.

The brands will jointly show support at several section events this season including the Spring Pro-Pro at Atlantic City Country Club on April 27 and the Fall Membership Meeting at Jericho National Golf Club on October 19.

We have benefitted from the national partnership with Club Car for over two decades but we are very excited that Mr. Miller and the team at Mid-Atlantic have decided to add some local support this season,” said Geoffrey Surrette, Executive Director. “We are looking forward to a successful and long lasting relationship!”

On January 5, 2026, Vic Gerard Golf Cars, a leading distributor of Club Car fleet golf cars and Carryall utility vehicles in Farmingdale, New Jersey, announced the acquisition of Golf Cars, Inc. of Doylestown, PA. This acquisition will combine the long history of Vic Gerard Golf Cars established in 1956, and Golf Cars, Inc. founded in 1972. The two companies will operate as Mid-Atlantic Golf Cars, LLC. The transaction is effective January 1, 2026, and financial terms were not disclosed.

Cars will operate at their existing locations in Doylestown, PA and Farmingdale, NJ. All customers can expect excellent sales and service to continue.  Since 1956, Vic Gerard Golf Cars has been a Club Car Distributor, providing golf fleet, turf utility vehicle, commercial utility vehicle, and consumer/low speed vehicle sales in New Jersey. In addition to sales, the company provides a large selection of OEM and non-OEM parts, full-service department, and a large fleet of rental cars for golf and non-golf rental events.

Golf Cars, Inc, has been a Club Car Distributor since 1972, providing golf fleet, turf utility vehicle, commercial utility vehicle, and consumer vehicle sales in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The company also has a parts department, full-service team, and rental cars for a variety of golf and non-golf related occasions.
