David Milkowski, PGA, Lead GOLFTEC Willow Grove to Victory in 2023 Philadelphia PGA Fall Finale Presented by Parx Casino®

Havre de Grace, Md. (October 25, 2023) — PGA Member David Milkowski of GOLFTEC Willow Grove in Willow Grove, Pa., led his team of amateurs, Ray McHale, Jerry Greenberg, and Tim Simmons, to victory in the 2023 Philadelphia PGA Fall Finale Presented by Parx Casino® on a glorious autumn day at Bulle Rock Golf Club.

Milkowski and his team finished their round in the one best of four event at 12-under-par, winning the Net Division by one stroke over a trio of teams: PGA Life Member Jeb Boyle, Mike McKinney, Paul Nelson, and Sam Auker; the PGA Tour’s Tom Carpus, Jim VanderWaal, Carlisle Peet, and Jack Peet; and Glen Brook G.C.’s Dustin McCormick, Steve Houloose, Paul Rosetti, and Al McCormick. The GOLFTEC Willow Grove team made 12 net birdies and no bogies on the difficult Pete Dye-designed golf course.

Two teams tied for fifth place at 10-under-par: Ed Oliver G.C.’s Tommy Ellison, Ken Beard, Brian Stillman, and Joseph Spitaleri; and Carlisle C.C.’s Steve Swartz, Kobie Swartz, John Freidman, and Rick Johnson.

In addition to the Ed Oliver Golf Club team tying for fifth place in the Net Division, they also tied for the top prize in the Gross Division. Ellison’s team matched Frank Palumbo’s team from Rolling Green G.C., Mark Hill, Nick Verrecchio, and Conor Kerins, as well as Tom Michael’s Berkshire C.C. team: John Gobright, Nat Gallen, and Brock Kovach. All three teams finished with a score of 64, 8-under-par.

Dustin McCormick’s Glen Brook G.C. also team tied for fourth place in the Gross Division, along with Golden Pheasant C.C.’s Brian Feldschneider, Josh Feldschneider, Dan Britt, and Brian Hollins, at 7-under-par.
